The mountaintops get the attention. The breakthroughs make the headlines. But most of life happens in the middle. Between the highs and the answers, there's a long stretch of ordinary days where we’re simply walking, trusting, and growing. And it’s there—in the middle part—where God often does His deepest work.

In my hallway, there’s a small wall I never finished painting. Three years later, it’s still undone. But that unfinished wall reminded me of something bigger—God doesn’t leave His work in us incomplete. Even when we feel stuck, He is still moving.

Some of the most important things in life don’t happen because we feel inspired. They happen because we choose to show up, even when we don’t feel like it. Whether it’s faith, leadership, or personal growth, consistency matters.

Most people want to grow. Few people want to put in the work. Growth doesn’t happen by accident. It requires discipline, humility, and perseverance.
